Visit a PHC office with your ID. We take your photo, you choose a plan, and your card is printed on the spot.

The clinic scans your card or types its number. Only your name and photo appear, to confirm it’s you.

Tap Approve in the PHC app, or type your Card PIN on the doctor’s screen. You choose how long access lasts.

Choose your pharmacyاختر صيدليتك
Your doctor signs an e-prescription. You confirm where your medicines go, every single time.

Pick up your medicinesاستلم أدويتك
The pharmacy dispenses and you’re notified. The visit and medicines are saved in your record.
Your PHC Card

One card, printed at a PHC office and also in your phone. It identifies you everywhere PHC works, but it never opens your file on its own.
- Your photo and name in Arabic and English, so staff can confirm it’s you.
- Card number and barcode for quick entry at any clinic or pharmacy counter.
- A secure QR code for emergencies and PHC scans. It holds a code, not your data.
- Your PIN is never printed. Your record opens only with your approval.
- Lost it? Block it instantly from the app, and pick up a replacement at any PHC office.

In an accident, a paramedic or an emergency-room nurse can scan your card’s QR code with any phone and instantly see the basics that save lives.
- Blood type, allergies, and current medicines, plus conditions if you choose to show them.
- Two emergency contacts with their phone numbers and tap-to-call.
- You decide what appears. Nothing else from your file is ever shown.
- Always free. The emergency view keeps working, whatever your plan.
A QR code that speaks for you

A sign that shows a clinic or pharmacy is part of PHC, and a sticker for your car that tells a responder who you are when you cannot.

A window sign with its own QR. Scanning it opens the partner's profile in the PHC directory, so a patient at the door can check the sign is genuine.
For your carلسيارتك
If you are in an accident and cannot speak, a responder scans it and sees the same short emergency view as your card — blood type, allergies, contacts. Nothing more, and you choose what appears.
Blood when it matters

PHC members can opt in as blood donors. When a hospital needs a type it does not have, PHC messages matching donors nearby on WhatsApp — in seconds, not hours.
- You opt in once, in the app: blood type, area, and how often you are willing to be asked. Opt out anytime.
- Only hospitals and blood banks in PHC can raise a request. Every request is logged and reviewed by the PHC Office.
- Matching is precise: blood type, distance, and time since your last donation, so nobody is asked who cannot give.
- Your privacy holds. The hospital learns your name and phone only after you reply YES. Nothing from your file is shared.

What is PHC?
PHC (Personal Health Care) is a digital health platform for Lebanon. Each patient gets a personal health card that connects them with PHC doctors and pharmacies, so their medical history, prescriptions, and emergency information are always with them.
How do I get a PHC Card?
Visit a PHC office with your ID. We take your photo, you choose an individual or family plan, and your card is printed for you. You then activate the PHC app from a WhatsApp link.
Who can see my medical records?
Only you, and the doctors or pharmacies you approve. You choose how long they can see your file, and the app shows everyone who viewed it. PHC office staff never see your medical records.
What happens in an emergency?
Anyone who scans the QR code on your card sees only life-saving basics: blood type, allergies, current medicines, and your two emergency contacts with their phone numbers. You choose what appears, and this view is always free.
What if I lose my card?
Block it instantly from the app. A replacement with a new secure code is issued at any PHC office, so the old card becomes useless.
Can my family join?
Yes. Family plans cover 3, 5, or 7 and more members with one payment and one renewal date. Every adult keeps their own private record.
Can I choose my pharmacy?
Always. After your doctor signs a prescription, you confirm which pharmacy it goes to, or keep it on your phone and decide later. It never moves without your confirmation.
When does PHC launch?
